The meeting was held on the patio of Jean Medway due to pandemic restrictions. Jean called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Also present were Jeff Price, John Hedstrom, Al Betz, Julie Verhaalen and Sharon Rossebo. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on motion of John, seconded by Al. John presented the treasurer’s report which showed no changes other than a payment for dues and expense for office supplies. Sharon moved to accept the report, and Jeff seconded it.
OLD BUSINESS:
Newsletter: Jean had sent an email detailing all the reports required for this fall newsletter and who must submit them. John Nelson had sent information about fish stocking to Fred, which Julie now has and will forward to Jean for publication. Jean has not received current lake level information from Bill Powell. Bill had said he could not get a reply from Ed Hernandez. It was decided to print just the one level, not all the other graphs. With it we will include a general statement that the association is monitoring this closely, it is our top priority, and we hope to get back to where the no-wake restriction can be removed. There was also discussion on at what point we would recommend this.
Membership: We currently have 93 members. Some properties have changed ownership, and we should contact the new owners regarding joining the association. Jeff will check with one in his neighborhood. We do not have the brochures describing the association; Fred may have some of these.
NEW BUSINESS:
The only new business was choosing dates for upcoming meetings. The next two meetings will be January 23, 2021, and March 13, 2021.
There being no further business, Sharon made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Jeff, and the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
Respectfully, Sharon Rossebo
