PLPOA Board Meeting Minutes

The meeting was held in the garage of Jean Medway with social distancing rules in place in accordance with CDC recommendations due to COVID-19. Started at 9:30

Present were Jean Medway, John Hedstrom, Al Betz, Julie Verhaalen and Jeff Price.

The minutes of the previous meeting in July were read, amended and accepted the board. Moved by Jean, seconded by John.

Discussion ensued on how to word the survey. It was decided to word the survey as thus:

Question for Survey:

Your Pine Lake Property Owner’s Association Board would like to know how you feel regarding the TEMPORARY NO-WAKE resolution imposed by the Town of Springwater. The Town Board, working with the DNR, has imposed the TEMPORARY NO-WAKE to help preserve the shoreline and the over-all ecological health of our lake. Once the lake levels drop to a safe level (according to the Springwater Town Board and the DNR) the resolution will be removed.

To participate in this non-binding survey, you must be a paid member for the 2020-2021 year. We ask that there is one survey response per property. (A property owner who own’s multiple properties, is allowed only one survey response.)

Q. I support the Town Boards resolution for a temporary no wake on Pine Lake.  __Yes   __No.

Please add any additional comments regarding the TEMPORARY NO-WAKE resolution:
